- Born on 14 August 1984 in Koblenz, Germany.
- Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen (German first legal state examination) in 2012. Law student at Julius-Maximilian University of Würzburg (JMU), Germany, with focus on public commercial law.
- Subsequently, doctoral thesis on the subject “Der kommunale Finanzausgleich als Existenzsicherung der Selbstverwaltungsgarantie. Eine dogmatische und rechtstheoretische Analyse des Gemeindefinanzsystems” (“Municipal Finance Equalization as Self-Administration Guarantee’s Livelihood Security. A Dogmatic-Theoretical Analysis of Municipal Finance Systems”) with doctoral advisor Prof. Dr. Kyrill-A. Schwarz in Würzburg; published by Mohr Siebeck Verlag as part of the publication series “Studien und Beiträge zum Öffentlichen Recht” (“Studies and Articles on Public Law Topics”).
