- Law student at Julius-Maximilian University of Würzburg (JMU), Germany, with focus on public commercial law; erstes juristisches Staatsexamen (German first legal state examination) in 2012.
- Subsequently, doctoral thesis on the subject “Der kommunale Finanzausgleich als Existenzsicherung der Selbstverwaltungsgarantie. Eine dogmatische und rechtstheoretische Analyse des Gemeindefinanzsystems” (“Municipal Finance Equalization as Self-Administration Guarantee’s Livelihood Security. A Dogmatic-Theoretical Analysis of Municipal Finance Systems”) with doctoral advisor Prof. Dr. Kyrill-A.
